Shipping Information:

We usually ship orders the same day the order is placed or the next business day if the order is placed after UPS deliver truck arrives. We really try to ship all our orders ASAP! We understand that music teachers sometimes need their music for a contest or something urgent, and try our very best to accommodate you. If for some strange reason you have not received your order, please Contact Us and let us know, so we can make sure you get your order ASAP. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee when a package will arrive. We do provide tracking information for packages.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If the goods you receive are damaged, please return them to us in their original condition within 10 days, and we will replace them.

Damage in transit

Any claim arising from damage in transit must be made to TRN Music Publisher, Inc. within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Please check the contents immediately upon receipt and before signing for them. Goods seen to be damaged should be signed "Damaged in transit," and packaging materials should be preserved for inspection.
